How to rent apartments in a Ukrainian Hotel Service company

• Check-in time from 1pm.
• Check-out time until noon.
• Check-in till 7-00 am will be charged at 100% of the purchase price per day;
• Check-in after 7-00 am will be charged at 50% of the purchase price per day;
• Check-out till 6 pm will be charged at 50% of the purchase price per day;
• Check-out after 6 pm will be charged at 100% of the purchase price per day;
• Cleaning of the apartment with the replacement of bed linen and towels every 4 days of accommodation.
  Additional cleaning need to be negotiated with the administrator in advance, the cost of one cleaning the apartment with the replacement of linen 60.0 UAN

Room rental
Renting an renovated apartment with conditioner from 440 UAH up to 840 UAH per day;
Renting an standard apartment UAH 360 per day;
The cost of short-term apartments rental: from 1 pm to 6 pm 240 to 360 UAH.

Depending of the cost for rent, technical equipment of the apartment can be different (specify information before reservation).

All apartments provide a set of kitchen utensils: studios for 3-4 persons, two rooms apartment for 4-5 persons, three rooms apartments for 5-6 persons kitchen utensils.

The price includes: use of linens, towels, kitchen utensils, electricity, hot and cold water, telephone connection.
The price does not include: international and long distance calls.You can call to another city or country only by using a special IP-telephony card , which are sold almost everywhere near subway stations, etc.Other Services (extra apartment cleaning, laundry etc.) made for an additional fee.

• In our apartments are not allowed to stay with the animals;
• Guests must comply with fire safety rules, treat the property located in the apartment, follow the rules of living in apartment buildings;
• Guests are liable for damage to property in the apartment during their stay.

Meeting the guests:
- At the airport "Borispol" - 240 UAH;
- At the central railway station - 80 UAH.
