Our reasonably priced apartments are ideal for visiting Kiev for any length of stay.

"Ukrainian Hotel Service" Company offers clean, comfortable and affordable accommodation in convenient locations in Kiev.

Our apartments are a good alternative to hotels because they are considerably less expensive than equivalent hotel rooms in Kiev. They are located in central areas of the city.

Prices range from 340 Grn to 840 Grn per night.
Apartment with a European interior, good furniture and modern conveniences+ air-conditioner $90-200 a day;
Apartment with standard interior, good furniture and modern conveniencies $ 60-90 a day.

Our apartments are well furnished and equipped with the following:

• Double bed with orthopaedic mattress.
• Night stands.
• Wardrobe and/or closet (build-in wardrobe).
• Electric or gas water heater.
• TV w/ local cable.
• Telephone.
• Iron and hair dryer.
• Full bath including toiletries (combined toilet and bathroom).
• Fully-equipped kitchen:.
• Gas stove.
• Refrigerator.
• Electric kettle.
• Dishes and flatware (crockery and cutlery).

You'll also find slippers, tea, and coffee, among other things to make your stay comfortable.

All apartments are protected by steel doors with electronic code-lock access. The codes change between clients.and are unique to each client.

Rent includes housemaid service and change of bed linen.

Prices for Apartments

Prices range from Grn 320 to Grn 840 per night.
Apartment with a European interior, good furniture and modern conveniences+ air-conditioner $90-130 a day.
Apartment with standard interior, good furniture and modern conveniencies $ 60-90 a day.     

Lease term

All apartments are well furnished and equipped with the necessary household appliances which make your stay in Kiev pleasant and comfortable. Rent includes housemaid services and change of bed linen.    

Supplementary Services

We also offer the following services for an additional fee:

• Washing and ironing clients' personal belongings clothing (5-15 hrn/item).
• Airport pick up ($37).
• Railway station pick up ($10).
• Personal English-speaking assistant available
